Raiffeisen Premium Banking believes that successful partnerships are built based on transparency and trust; therefore we want you to be informed about the provisions of the agreements signed with the bank.

Accordingly, we want to remind you that starting with May 16, 2016, a number of contractual changes on products and services with Raiffeisen Bank came into effect.

The most important development implies switching from commissioning and fees scheme from product or service level to package level. More specific, all transactional fees and commissions will be the same for all current accounts and debit cards that you own (for example, you have the same 0 commission for ATM withdrawal with any other card that you own other than MasterCard Gold Contactless Premium).

Premium Banking package improvements:

New benefits:

Gold credit card has zero annual fee for life, according to the eligibility criteria stipulated in the dedicated agreement;

Free registration and maintenance in the Insurance program for accidental death (if you choose this insurance);

Automatic direct debit payments are unlimited and free;

RON 0 monthly management fee for a second standard current account in RON;

RON 0 monthly subscription for remote banking operations service - Raiffeisen Direct Top.

Changes:

0.25% commission, minimum 5 RON was introduced, for EPOS cash withdrawal at the Raiffeisen Bank branches, concomitant with the cash withdrawal limit increase from Raiffeisen Bank ATM from RON 5,000 to RON 10,000;

Increasing the overdraft limit with 0% interest, from RON 300 to RON 500 (if you own the product);

Interest paid on current account credit balance has become 0%;

The monthly management fee for the Premium Package was increased from RON 40 to RON 60. All current criteria for waiving the monthly fee remain unchanged.

In addition, Smart Mobile app usage becomes easier by introducing the option to register your mobile device and the ability to login via a PIN code. An update is necessary from the App Store or Google Play.
