You are a Premium customer and you benefit from a dedicated service package, specially designed to meet your expectations in your relationship with the Bank. We know how important it is for you to have up-to-date information about this dedicated package, but also on all the products and services in our portfolio.
In this regard, we present the changes to the general contractual conditions for our private individual clients. We would like to emphasize that this notification does not change the cost benefits included in your current account package, if you own such a banking product, the costs remaining at the level agreed under the specific contractual arrangements.
We also remind you that you can obtain any time information about the banking products you hold with Raiffeisen Bank through your personal banker or in any territorial unit of the Bank.
The main amendments in this notification refer to:
A. Contractual agreements concluded with Raiffeisen Bank for providing services and products;
B. Advisory Service Contract;
C. Provisions of the General Conditions for the Performance of Banking Operations for Natural Persons.
The communicated amendments shall apply under the same conditions to the agreements entered into force by minor holders represented/assisted by legal representatives with Raiffeisen Bank.
If you act as a legal representative of a minor client of the Bank and as a user of the current account services and of the services related thereto, if you do not agree with the notified amendments and Appendix 1, you have the right to represent/assist the minor in order to terminate, free of charge, the agreements with Raiffeisen Bank by 4th of December.
In the attached documents, you will find complete details of all the amendments, the dates of their entry into force, as well as information about the situation when you do not agree with the proposed changes.
